I've roasted these in the oven before and they were OK, but not amazing.
Then I fried them and I was like WOAH! TASTY!
So here is my method for this tasty delight:
Firstly, take the seeds from the gourd. Wash them and take out all the orange pulp.
Next, take the seeds, a bit of olive oil, paprika and some salt and fry!
I left the orange pulp in because I thought it would be tasty... It wasn't.
EAT!
